ELABORACIÓN: Gracias a una climatología seca y al buen manejo en verde de nuestros viñedos, fue posible una vendimia de uvas maduras, concentradas y de gran carácter, cosechadas manualmente en cajas. La fermentación del mosto se realizó durante 12 días con levaduras nativas. Tras ésta, siguió un proceso de dos semanas de maceración post-fermentativa. Posteriormente, el vino pasó a barricas de roble (70% francés y 30% americano), en las que permaneció durante cuatro meses. NOTA DE CATA: Precioso color rojo rubí intenso. En nariz aparecen aromas de frutas rojas maduras y especias, combinados con un ligero toque ahumado.
